SERENDIPITY??
One fine day, I met this man in an out of town trip. He’s nice and approachable but most of the time he was quiet. As I was observing him on our entire vacation, he seemed to be enjoying his singlehood. You won’t see any signs of emptiness in him. In short, mahirap syang i-spelengin.
Prior to everything, I am already hearing his name from my bestfriend. She kept telling me good things about him, his physical appearance, his attitude and etc. Ako during those times, deadma lang. I was replying pa nga, sino ba yan? Bukambibig mo na yan. Haha talaga gwapo? Wala kong tiwala sa taste mo. (Haha!) 5’9 ang minimum height requirement ko Lorie.
Suddenly, these things were realized when Arvin and I were introduced to each other. I remember tinawag nya pa kong Ma’am (lol) sabay alis kaagad. Nahihiwagaan ako sa kanya at first palang, kasi matagal na akong dumadalaw ng POEA pero never kami nagkita or napakilala. That moment lang.
During our stay at Ilocos, we became acquainted. Siguro kasi same kami ng interest which is photography. Marami kaming napaguusapan. From trabaho going to personal matters.
After that trip, I still get the chance of visiting their office pag may vacant hours. This time, he would go to Lorie’s table and makikipag-kwentuhan. Until such point that I wanna talk to him and get to know him more kaya lang napaka-busy nyang tao hehe at parang de-numero ang bawat galaw nya.
All things were put into its proper places when our common friends started to tease us. Then, we both came into a point that we were unconsciously liking one another. He’s naive and so shy, kung hindi ko pa tinapik, hindi ako lilingunin.
Masaya ako na yung taong palaging nagco-cross sa mind ko dati ay sya ng laging nag-iisip at nag-aalalaga sa akin. (Hahaha diba?) Mabilis man ang mga pangyayari sa paningin ng iba, pero naniniwala ko na higit na importante ang itatagal ng pagsasama sa kahit anuman. :))
PS: Mas nag-nose bleed pa ata ako sa Tagalog. Hehe
